Our rates for the 2007/08 season

Please call or email for extended stay discounts, off season specials, and activity packages.  Fly Fishing, Snowmobile, Cross Country skiing and downhill packages can be arranged.

The prices below are per night charges.

There is a $30 per person-per night additional charge over 8 guests

• 3 day minimum stay required

• $30 per night for each additional guest over 8 guests

• NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety and the consideration of others

• NO PETS ALLOWED. Sorry, we are unable to allow the presence of pets for insurance and health purposes.

• Check in time 4:00PM  Check Out Time 9:00 AM

• Cleaning fee $150.00, Local Taxes 7%, $400.00 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit

• 50% Non-Refundable Deposit to Hold Reservation Due at Commitment

• Final Payment Due 60 Days or earlier prior to arrival

• Security/Damage Deposit returned promptly within 10 days following inspection after check out

• No camping, motor homes, tents, tent trailers or travel trailers allowed, snowmobile trailers OK, plenty of room
